This class is a required course for all seniors. The class will utilize the Maguder's American Government textbook. The course is divided into four parts. The first nine weeks segment is the study of the Constitution and its basic principles. The second nine weeks are used to study the rights of an individual in society. The studies will deal with the written law and how the students are covered under the law. The third nine weeks are a study of Congress and how it works. The fourth nine weeks deal with the American Presidency.
