Offered to 10th, 11th, & 12th, prerequisite: Introduction to Agriculture, 1 credit This course will cover the carious aspects of animal agriculture. Topics covered will include nutrition, reproduction, health, marketing, heritability, and evaluation. Application of knowledge learned in the classroom will take place on related field trips and participation in career development events and supervised agricultural experience activities.
