Saturday was our Regional Science Olympiad meet. Central was well represented by: John T, Mamie M, Colin P, Jimmy A, Grant L, and Saydie L. We had four kids that couldn’t come due other commitments; Austin M, Tyler K, Lucas M, and Daniel C had built projects that were used in competition by those who did attend.
The kids did great and had a blast competing in different events. They took home several medals (a few missed medaling by 1 place) and many of them are already planning for next yr.
Good job to the students and a special thanks to David Taylor who shows up every year with pizza for the kids around lunch.
