Remote Assistance for Staff

To allow the Central IT staff to remotely work on your workstation click the link below.  Click the Start Support Session button, that will download a client file to your computer.  Once you install the client it will give you a Client ID number.  Provide that ID number to the technology staff so they can connect remotely. This can be done by phone or by sending as email to helpdesk@usd462.org.
