Monday, October 3rd
JH Eligibility notifications mailed to families
WIN Time: Rise Time Family Groups.
ZAP Continues. A Zero (0) report will be pulled prior to 10:00 a.m. Notifications will be delivered to students & an email/phone call sent to students/guardian. To get signed out of ZAP, students will need to complete the assignment with full effort, fill out a green get out of ZAP form located at the office window, have the teacher sign the form, and then return it to the office.
HS JV FB @ Udall. 6:00 p.m. Leave time 4:30 p.m.
JH VB @ Central vs. Flinthills & CVD 5:00 p.m. Central vs. Flinthills (A/B). 6:00 p.m. Central vs. CVD (A/B)
CJSHS In-Person Parent Teacher Conferences 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Teachers will be in their classrooms or the main commons area. If the teacher is unable to be at conferences due to coaching responsibilities, there will be a note on their door and a sign up sheet in the main commons area for parents to request a phone call conference at a later date.
Graves Drug Store at CJSHS 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Vaccinations made available to the public. Insurance accepted.

CJSHS Open Library / Friday School 9:00 a.m. - Noon. All 7th-12th grade students are welcome to attend. Students can get tutoring help on homework from a staff member, serve detentions, utilize the school wi-fi to complete missing assignments, etc.

SIGNED PARENT LETTERS FOR 1ST QUARTER LATE START INCENTIVE ARE DUE TO THE OFFICE ON TUESDAY, OCT. 4TH. ALL STUDENTS HAVE A PAPER TO BE SIGNED STATE IF THEY DID OR DID NOT QUALIFY FOR THE INCENTIVE.

STOP BY THE OFFICE THIS WEEK AND WISH NIKI WELL ON HER NEXT CAREER ADVENTURE! MONA WILL BE RETURNING TO THE CJSHS OFFICE AS WELL AS STILL COMPLETING MANY OF THE DISTRICT OFFICE DUTIES. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE MAKE THIS TRANSITION.
