Kansas Day Pre-K Fun! We read "S is for Sunflower", talked about all of the Kansas symbols, made butter and ate it with our locally made sourdough bread baked by one of our own teachers, local sandplum jelly, and local honey. We also made sunflowers and had Happy Trails trail mix.

Good luck this weekend to our HS Band students competing in the K-State Concert Band Clinic in Manhattan - Libby, Adi, Brianna, Jaydan, Logan, Trystan, Darren, Casper, and Emma. This is an amazing, educational event and an honor for our nominated students. They will get experience concerts and learn from and play with some amazing clinicians and conductors. Good luck Raiders! We can't wait to hear all about your experience. Thank you Mrs. Dolan and Denis for helping make this trip possible for our students.
