The football team had a contact camp hosted by Southwestern College's football staff and a watermelon feed today. Marmaton Valley, Flinthills and Udall came over to pop the pads with Central. Thank you to everyone who helped support these boys today!

Reminder about food services available for children in our area this summer! There will be no lunches on July 1st - 3rd at any location.
Tomorrow, the Jr high and high school football camps get started and run through the week(8-10). This is for all 7th-12th graders. The high school will still lift before camp. If your athlete did not get equipment last week please come early we will issue equipment at 730 am.
Our trap shooters competed in the state competition today in Sedgwick County.
-Nathan Groene shot 90 out of 100 earning 3rd place on the novice team
-Jasper Tatum shot 80 out of 100 for the JV team
-Isaiah Alstedt shot 67 out of 100 for the JV team
Central Baseball went to a wind surge game to cap off and reflect on their season.

Reminder weights tomorrow is just high school. Junior high will pick up again Thursday!
Raider football team camp is next week!for 7-12 grade. High school will check out equipment for camp tomorrow after weights and Jr high will Thursday before weights!
Summer weights will begin tomorrow, Mon, June 9th.
CJSHS is still currently without water as we wait for the test sample to be returned and given the all clear to turn back on. Students participating in weights are encouraged to bring a water bottle. The bus barn restroom will be available if needed.
Incoming HS Boys: 6:30 am - 8 am (Mon-Thurs).
Incoming HS Girls: 7:45 am - 9 am (Mon-Thurs).
Infoming 6th-8th Grade: 9 am -10 am (Mon, Tues, Thurs Only).
Please make sure student/parent have completed the signed release form and payed $20 fee (scholarships available). For more info/questions, contact weights coordinators - Mr. Lampert and Mr. Ponce.
Tomorrow is the first day of summer weights. HS boys 630-8, HS girls 745-915 Monday-Thursday and, ALL Jr High 9-10 (Monday, Tuesday Thursday). Dues and forms are still being accepted & extra forms are in the high school front office.
Stop by the Burden Park Pavilion today until 5pm to check out Darren and Adi's BIG SALE! Clothes are $5 for an entire walmart sack. Lots of great items. They are raising money to fund a band trip to Europe in the summer of 2026. Adi will be playing her trombone in the Musicians Abroad Band, and Darren will be playing his trumpet. The trip includes 5 different countries and several performances in each of the countries. They are also running rhe concession stand for all home summer rec ball games. Come out and support these hard working kiddos for a great cause!

Last week Central's 25-26 FFA Officer team went to State Convention in Manhattan. The students attended a career fair, Opening session, workshops, explored the college campus, tried new food, learned to work as a TEAM.
