Just a few reminders about the Music Department trip this weekend. *We leave Saturday morning at 8 am. Please be here around 7:30 to load the bus and grab your instrument. You'll want to wear your PINK Central Music t-shirt (and possibly your swimsuit if you plan to attend Oceans of Fun). *Sunday dress is all black for band and Spring concert attire for choir. You are welcome to bring clothes to the park to change into, but that is more for you to keep track of. *I would recommend packing in a soft sided or duffle bag type of suitcase because of the need to pack them under the bus with all the instruments. Don't bring fragile or expensive things with you in your luggage! Here is the trip itinerary: -Leave 8am Saturday -Arrive WOF between 11-12. -Fun time in the park - check in with your sponsor regularly You will receive an envelope with your ticket, your all day meal pass and your $50 gift card once we arrive at WOF. You can eat every 90 minutes and drink every 15. - Meet at the entrance at 7PM having already eaten dinner with your meal pass. -Go check into the hotel -All students and sponsors need to be in their rooms by 10PM. No students in mixed company in rooms. SUNDAY - Breakfast at the hotel - Choir performance @ local nursing home 10:00am After the performance, visit with the residents and have snacks - Go to lunch @ local fast food restaurants (This is where you can use your $50) - 1:15 Check in at Staging area at WOF -1:30 warm-up -2:00pm Performance - Park time with one meal pass - please eat dinner here -5:00PM Band awards assembly After assembly - leave for home. Your rooming assignments are posted and your room adult is your check in adult. Please let me know if you have questions or concerns. Good Luck this weekend at competition Raiders! Have fun!
