Awesome things are happening at CJSHS!! Just a snapshot this week in the classrooms. AG Mech class is welding roses, Business students are prepping to present their Entrepreneurship Projects, and Science students are building Roller Coasters!
Central FFA Students Participated yesterday in District Poultry Judging @ the Hillsboro fairgrounds. We had one Senior team and one Greenhand team. After the competition we stopped by the Local Animal Clinic for a Tour. It just happens to be owned and operated by 2002 Alumni Jessica Shearer (Whitehill). Thank you Mrs. Shearer for your time and Information!

The JH Scholars Bowl team traveled to Sedan for the first competition of the season. All members had a great night of fun and learning!!
CHS will be hosting our Home Forensics (Speech) Tournament on Saturday, February 10th. It's been a few years since we have been able to have a home tournament and we are excited to bring it back! We are in need of judges to help with the tournament. If you are willing to help, please email Mrs. Henning at jhenning@usd462.org. We will feed you breakfast and lunch and help you get started! Judges must be 2022 year graduates and prior. 8:10am Coaches and Judges Meeting & Breakfast. 8:30 - 9:45 am Round 1. 9:45 am - 11:00 am Round 2. Lunch. 11:45 am- 1:45 pm Finals
Join us Thursday for our HOME wrestling dual against Marion. There will also be a senior night ceremony for our senior wrestlers.
