The HS VB team played at West Elk yesterday evening. The girls beat Udall but came up short and lost to West Elk. The girls keep improving every game.
The HS FB team plays at home tonight against Oxford. It is Homecoming and coronation will be at 6:30pm. Kick off will be at 7:15 pm. If you are unable to attend the game, it will be streamed.

The JH football team lost a close game to Flinthills tonight 34-41. The cheerleaders danced at halftime and the football boys sold their jersey. It was a busy and fun night.
The JH Volleyball team played Flinthills at home this evening. The C team lost in 2, B team won in 3, and the A team lost in 2. All were good battles though. Keep up the hard work Lady Raiders!

Tonight at half time of the junior high football game Rick Hopper is going to kick off the football team's annual jersey auction fundraiser. The auction will run through half time and pick up at the conclusion of the junior high game. Both HS & JH will be auctioned off.
Central hosted a College & Career Fair on Tuesday, October 3rd. Many local businesses, entrepreneurs, and schools joined us. We were so thankful for their willingness to attend and share their knowledge with Central's 7th-12th grade students.
The HS SCBL volleyball tournament starts tomorrow. The girls will play at West Elk against Udall and West Elk. Games start at 5:00 pm and Central plays the second game of the night at approximately 6:00 pm.

The HS VB team traveled to South Haven last night. The girls lost 3 close matches to Oxford, West Elk, and South haven.

The 3/4 VB team played in Winfield tonight. The girls came home with 2 wins against Oxford and Winfield.

The Central Raider Cross Country team represented at the Eureka meet today!! All athletes are getting faster and stronger and are so much fun to watch run!! The HS boys took 1st-7th place at today's meet, Dylan took 1st and Sierra took 2nd as well. Geeat job Raider runners!
Good luck to the cross country team as they travel to Eureka today. The first race starts at 3:45 pm.

The JH VB team traveled to Caldwell tonight for a triangle. The A-team beat Caldwell and CVD.
The girls will be back in action on Thursday at home against Flinthills at 4:30 pm

This morning, Central HS athletes traveled to the Kansas Star Casino Event Center to speak with and learn from the 2023 Kansas Hall of Fame inductees. The inductees shared stories and life lessons that they have learned along the way.
