Raider Athletic Update for October 13 - 18.

The 3rd & 4th grade volleyball teams finished up their season today. They played in the league tournament in Wellington. Both teams made it to the bracket and the Burden Mapel team came home in 1st place. The girls improved so much throughout the season. Great job girls!

The HS VB team went 1-2 at the league tournament today at Udall. The girls just missed out on making it out of pool play into the bracket.

It had been mutually agreed upon we will not play CVD JV Monday. Great season Junior Varsity, let's work to finish the season strong!

This week our local 4-H club visited with Central Elementary students for 4-H Week. We learned about the different projects, opportunities and all the fun 4-H has to offer! Thank you 4-Her's for sharing your projects and experiences with students at CES!

The HS VB team travels to Udall for the SCBL tournament. Pool play games start at 9 am. Good luck girls!

There was a lot going on at Central tonight as it was Homecoming 2025. It was fun to have the cross country team run the game ball up from Dexter. The FB team came up short against the Spartans. The Raiders travel to Sedan next week.

Thank you seniors for your years of participation in cross country and cheer. We are proud of you!

The HS FB team will host the Cedar Vale Dexter Spartans tonight for Homecoming! Coronation will be at 6:00 pm. Football will kickoff at 7:00 pm. We will recognize cheerleading and cross country seniors at halftime. It is a busy night! Come out and support the Raiders! The JH VB & FB teams traveled to Sedan this evening. The volleyball swept Sedan winning the A, B, & C team games. The football team won 62-14! Great job Raiders!

Junior High Volleyball- A, B, and C Teams beat the Blue Devils tonight in Sedan! Great Job Raiders!!!!

Good luck to the JH VB/FB teams as they travel to Sedan today! Volleyball will start at 4:00 pm with C team, followed by B team, and then A team. Football will kick off at 6:30 pm. Go Raiders!

The HS SCBL VB tournament is this Saturday at Udall. Central is the 6 seed. The first match starts at 9:00 am. Good luck girls!

The HS VB team played their last league date this evening at West Elk. The girls beat Oxford and then came up short against West Elk. Good job ladies!
