It was a great day at Regional track in Iola last night. The boys came home as Regional RunnerUp. We had Kyson, Broc, Ethan, James, Gunnar, Brayden, Austin, Kari, and Paislee all qualified for State next week at WSU. Great job Raiders!

CES Families- the next two days students will be participating in water activities and playing outside. Please have your students bring a change of clothes in a bag and a towel. Prek students can bring a swimsuit for Thursday. If you wish for us to apply sunscreen please send to school
3rd grade recently finished reading Charlotte's Web - Ms. Pippitt's all time favorite book! Each student was able to take home a baby Charlotte (spider plant) as a celebration and a reminder of the miracle of friendship. A special shout out to Misti Wallingford at The Bank of Commerce for providing each student a plant!! We so much appreciate her kindness!!!!!
As Spring sports come to a close, the Spring Awards Banquet will be on June 2 at 6:00 pm. It will be at the Burden Park Pavilion. The Booster Club is renting the pool for kids to swim after the awards!
The Central Jr/Sr High School Storm Shelter in Burden is unlocked and open to community patrons this evening if the needed. Enter through Athletic Entrance.
