The JH FB team loses a shootout at Oxford tonight 58-66 in 5 Overtimes! What a game! Good job Raiders!
The JH VB team played at Oxford this afternoon. The C team lost a close one and the B and A Team both came away with wins. Good job ladies!
Central Raider Cross Country hosted their home invitational this evening. Unfortunately, the weather had us cancelling the meet before the HS Boys 2 Mile race. Everyone else ran very well at home though! Thank you all for coming out to support our Raiders!

Central Booster Club is planning the annual Raider Rally for Sept. 29th at 6 p.m. Join us for games and competitions amongst grades 9-12 and staff. Community members and underclassman are encouraged to come and watch the fun!!!

The cross country team will run at home today! Running will start at 3 pm with the junior high and the high school will start at 4 pm. The course is north of the high school and goes up to the elementary school.
Come out and cheer the kids on!
The Central Burden FFA went to the Greenhand Conference today @ Centre High School. We came home with several medals and Certificates. Lena McGee, Hunter Henderson, and Kaden Underwood tied for First place, Price Kindt received 7th place, Blake Craig received 15th place, and Max Bergman received 20th place! Everyone was in the top 20 out of 727 Greenhands in the South Central District! Way to go Freshman!!!
HS Volleyball had some tough battles this evening at home vs. Argonia, Sedan, and CVD. Lady Raiders got a win against Sedan in 3 sets! Keep it up!!
The HS Volleyball team recognized some very special teachers in their lives this evening for teacher appreciation night at the home game as well as all teachers in the stands!
